I Understand Because I Lived It
In 2004, on the eve of Saint Patrick's Day, a serious accident changed my life forever. I fractured my skull. I lost my identity. The doctors said I would never walk again. Never talk again. Never regain feeling in my face.
For five years, I followed every protocol. One drug counteracting another drug. I got bigger, sicker, physically and mentally. I was functioning on the outside. Falling apart on the inside. Completely alone in my struggle.
But I refused to accept what they said was permanent.
That obsession to find a better way led me around the world. From rural Ireland to Japan. In Japan, I found people living proof that recovery and alignment were possible. The healthiest, longest-living communities in the world. They approached life completely differently. That changed everything.
