What Qualifies Declan Dore to Train?

Declan himself has a golden track record in sales practice and sales training. During his early career with an international insurance company, Declan climbed the ladder at a remarkable pace, breaking company sales records and being promoted to management level very quickly. He then found himself de-constructing his approach to form a simple-to-learn and highly effective 6-point framework which he used as training material for the management and executives of the company. Of course, this was all before Declan left the insurance company due to the increasing trend towards 'doing whatever it takes to get the sale', which ultimately clashed with Declan's own personal ethics.

Sales in Any Context

Having won large contracts for one of his own businesses, which resulted in servicing clients such as Honda, Nissan and Lexus, Declan also helped to introduce, grow and expand a worldwide direct marketing organization into Europe through his sales and training services. Likewise, Declan helped a 40-year old Japanese company to successfully expand into the European marketplace, thus illustrating Declan's sales expertise in a B2B or B2C context.

6-Point Sales Success System

The 6-point system is focused on showing how to bring the right amount of energy and enthusiasm to a prospective client. When this is mastered, then and only then, can the pitch be delivered in an effective way. Participants are trained through role play to develop the relationship and close the sale, by asking the right questions at the right time. Once the customer is satisfied, your sales team will already be prepared with the skills to leverage the new client relationship and successfully gain referrals within that client's network.
