We've been exactly where you are
Kasia spent years in corporate finance, heading for burnout as long days became the norm. Declan spent over 20 years mentoring thousands of people through workshops, retreats and talks across Ireland and Europe, but resisted going online for years.
When 2020 forced everything to change, we found a way to build a business online, with structure, mentoring and community behind it.
As our own lives changed, we kept meeting people who felt exactly the way we once did, and who had nobody to walk alongside them. So together, we co-founded Together We Thrive (TWT): a community built on mentoring, structure and genuine support, where people from all over the world grow together and nobody has to build alone.
Now we're opening the door to TWT for the people who know us first.
