Back in 2010, word quickly spread about a young Irish guy rising through the Enagic ranks to become the top sales producer in Europe. Naturally, people wanted to know how and this was all done without the online tools we have today.

As time passed, leaders from around the world started reaching out to pick my brain. When my Colour Coded Demo (CCD) came onto the scene, demand exploded. Before long, I was travelling internationally, delivering talks and training sessions. That’s when my business truly went global.

What I noticed time and time again was that the biggest challenge wasn’t the product, the demos or the number of leads. It was mindset. Self-doubt, lack of confidence and internal sabotage were the real barriers.

My journey taught me the importance of self-talk. When the K8 launched in 2014, many panicked at the price. Concerns flooded in, "No one will pay that type of money. It is hard enough to sell the SD501," they said. But I didn’t let the noise in. I trusted the value of Enagic, stayed focused and had the highest K8 sales in Europe in that first month. It came down to belief and mindset.

So why am I doing this?

Because community, mentorship and making a difference are at the core of who I am.

This is about:

• Reconnecting with yourself

• Quieting the inner critic

• Speaking so others feel your words

• Becoming a consultant, not a salesperson

• Sharing your story in a way that resonates

People used to say, “Declan, you’re mad!” And at one point, I believed it. But now, when someone says that, I smile and respond, “Thank you. Do you know what MAD stands for?”

The looks I get are always the same, confusion, laughter, disbelief, until I say, “To me, it means Make A Difference.”

If anyone doubts you, laughs at you let this fuel you to never give up and keep moving forward.

I’ve had the honour of sharing meals and time with Mr. and Mrs. Ohshiro and I’ve seen first-hand their heart for impacting lives.

That’s why I planted my flag here and why I’ll keep going strong. 

The road ahead is exciting, if you allow yourself to dream and feed that vision into your heart and mind. Even on the tough days (and I still have them), I remind myself: The best is yet to come.
